Our maintenance team is qualified to help fix a variety of problems including building's climate-control, electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems. We work in cooperation with building managers, assisting them in estimates and assessing whether the occupants' needs are being met.
We create service offerings to provide solutions for any facility, construction and maintenance challenge. Having a talented, trained crew that can quickly and efficiently perform the task and tenant improvements or corporate construction projects such as: drywall, painting, electrical & plumbing, flooring, concrete, flood cleanup, and much more.
Environmental and Janitorial Services

Newport provides daily cleaning services in common areas including patient care areas, offices, buildings, food courts, lobbies, malls, stores, parking lots, open and enclosed residential complexes, trash enclosures, restrooms and more. Their list of duties includes trash removal, sweeping, high dusting, vacancy cleaning, and graffiti removal. In addition, our Team is your on-site eyes & ears, reporting issues such as broken lights, potholes, transients, and trip hazards.

Linen Management
Newport's linen management staff provides quality on-site linen management services for your facility's patient needs; including nursing, surgical, staff and other requirements.  Our services for linen management include working with your linen provider to ensure:

  •  Reliable and safe removal of your soiled linen


All of our linen management staff receive extensive training in the following areas:
